Nirvana Mystery

Kinda stuck on what to do here. I ordered from Nirvana (Blue Mystic, 10 beans), last month. It's been three weeks, and I finally received a package that could have only come from them. A+ for creative stealth. Maybe too stealth even; I couldn't find the beans.

So I cannibalized everything. The envelope itself, the the contents of the package--I was meticulous. Anywhere they could have possibly been hidden, I checked. They just aren't there.

Is Nirvana in the habit of sending test packages? Has anyone else had this problem before? What should my next move be?

Your suggestions and advice are appreciated!

do not throw anything away!
e-mail them stating your problem(if you haven't already done so) ,and ask exactly where they hide the seeds in the package, you may have to re-mail them what they sent you, and say this is what I got?
sounds kind of weird though

i have heard of that b4, this chick had the same thing happen to her.. i have ordered twice from them n i never had that happen.. def let them know whats up

I ordered from Nirvana on the 27th last month and haven't seen anything yet , is this typical of them.
Hi Folks! I’m a newbie still learning. Ordered from Nirvana earlier this year – no problems, the PPP was mediocre but it may well have been my inexperience. Recent order arrived without seeds. The corner of the package was lifted. They said the shipment of 8/24 was seized by Homeland Security. They said normally it’s “just too bad – your loss”; but they would resend the order again. After reading all the negative stuff about them I’m not planning on holding my breath. If I should get a replacement I’ll post –should know in 2-3 weeks. I recently read somewhere that the original company lost their domain name and these guys snapped it up not too long ago, hence the “new” web site. I have no idea if it’s true. In the mean time I’m placing an order with The Attitude.

There website is gone everytime I try to look it up a mess. Pops up sayin that this domain is not found ??????????
 
Nirvana has a notice on their customer service that orders were confiscated by US customs the latter part of August. They re-shipped my order last weekend.

I am not trying to sketch you guys out, but does that make you nervous that Home Land security figured out that you were trying to import seeds? I mean if they found the package then they have your address. I want to try to order some, and Nirvana's "Discrete" shipping seemed appealing but I just don't know....

Okay! They did send a replacement order!!!! I tried to enter a tiny order numerous times - they seem to be having a problem with their financial processing company's site. They have seemed to resolve that for now. I'll let you know if that small order makes it through.

Hmm, I placed an order with them last week it has been almost 10 days and it still says processing. I opened a support ticket and no answer. I didnt see any charge on my CC bill so I am assuming they didn't charge. I would reorder but well reading some comments makes me go hmmm. I am about to order either from pickandmix seeds or attitude. Well we'll see

Got a respond today saying they will correct the issue and send some free seeds in addition. Well, I will update when I receive the seeds. Since this will be my first grow I am excited :). I ordered from pick and mix seedbank as well and got shipment confirmation. If they all arrive I will be having quite a bit :)

U P D A T E on Nirvana order

Today I mailed them again about my order and 15 min later I got a response saying payment issue will be resolved promptly. When I checked 15 minutes later status was saying paid. I checked 30 min ago and the status is "in transit". I'll update when I receive the seeds.

In conclusion, communication is the key, no? (squeaking wheel gets the oil :))

i ordered blue mystic on the fourth and have not received them yet. but ive never had that happen where i didnt receive at all when they did arrive
