Hi everyone! This will be my first grow in several years. I had to abort one earlier this year, but am finally ready to go. I will be using this journal mainly to keep a record of what I do, but feel free to comment on how I could improve. I will be making upgrades as finances permit. Plus I would feel awkward if my first post were begging for help with my dying ladies if I hadn't first contributed something... 
Strain: Nirvana Chrystal
Count: 3 plants
Method: non-recirculating 5 gallon DWC (I enjoy micromanaging each plant)
Nutes: AN Sensi, Big Bud, Overdrive, Bud Candy
Light: currently T5 22, switching to Inda-Gro 420 as soon as it arrives; will repurpose the T5 for vegging clones
Grow Space: Secret Jardin 4' x 2' Tent
Today is day 9 since germination. I put 3 seeds in distilled water for 6 hours until they all sank, then put them into 1.5" rockwool cubes in Nirvana's propagator. One sprouted in 3 days, the other two in 5. I put them in the rockwool with the seed point up, since I heard this made for stronger roots. In retrospect, this may have accounted for the longer time to sprout, and I won't be doing it again.
At 7 days I put the rockwool cubes in the DWC 6" netpots under the T5. So, growth has been slow but steady. No nutes, just distilled water for awhile. I'm hoping to get the Inda-Gro soon. I've been in contact with the owner of Inda-Gro, and he's a great guy who knows his stuff. I was set to buy a 200W from him, but found an eBay deal where I could get a 420W for less than the 200. I feel a little bad, but if they're all that, I'll be getting another for veg soon! I happen to be a Nikola Tesla fan, so I'm very excited
I'm going to try to update a couple times a week with my exact nute adds and ppm. I'm keeping my expectations very low right now as i learn. Currently I am not controlling humidity, pH (hoping pH perfect accounts for that but I have strips to check with), or water temperature. I guess we'll see how it goes.
