if these are autos they will take a bit longer to flower...IMO u should let them veg for another 2 weeks before putting them into flower...they dont look ready

Looks like a little heat stress. Your temp may be 77 down by the hydroton but it's probably 5-10 degrees hotter at the canopy. You're also flooding a bit too often, try cutting down to every 5-6 hours.
Do you have room to move your light up? If not, you should flower soon or you wont have enough vertical space.

Im already in my 3 week of flower and I have no more room to raise it I have also taken temps at the canopy and the hottest I ever seen it is 84f but its not the top leaves that really have a problem its the small growth that in the middle of the plants? I have already kicked back the flooding to every 4 hours so only 3 times with lights on and no flood with lights off...I am also using h202 at 3ml per gallon and have a diy carbon dioxide generator with sugar and yeast...

No there not autos and I vegged. For 3 weeks but had to flipem due to my height restriction...stealth grow cab:wall:

clawing is a traditional sign of too much nutes, you can see a few of the fans doing it also at the tips. cut the nutes to 750-800 and see how they do, remember the affected leaves will stay that way, pay attention to new growth.
