Nine people

Once again nine people have manipulated and even changed words to save a statute in order to save their reputation. Ambiguity has a clear definition, so does every state law discussed in this matter. The Constitutionality of said matter is clear, but not for these Nine People.

Why is it that Obama`s Subsidies are clear but Constitutionality of it is not ?

Why just last week in Germany, Obama went and said that courts need to follow things to the letter, so if something written with words has every word clearly defined by anyone who is adult, that path is followed.

The SCOTUS speaks with ambiguity, to change the clearly defined.......saved a statute,...and their reputation, moving along, next matter....... I forget how many of the Nine were appointed by the anointed, but one thing is clear....Ambiguity.......

Shit wont effect my life but the methodology of the SCOTUS changes to suit the needs,...that`s not their job. Neither was this case.

I loved watching him with a convincing and serious face talk about how well off the 3.8 million people that have found the help they needed. It`s true, and can be said but,.....I`ve stated before that Obama with help from MassHealth he originally drafted the cure for health Care issues. Then sold out and integrated it with existing but threatened insurance companies which leads us to today. So what he said is Just and True, All 3.8 million are far better protected and covered than ever and for them it works.


Now about those 30 million without any coverage at all Mr. Obama, have no mention of it, will you ?

Had he done his first option, it would prolly be 30 million insured, 3.8 not, and far less insurance companies in the world. The first option also mandated drug productions but let the firms have room for R&D plus profits.

Woulda been better than what he said today. But 3.8 million are living better......and that`s more than me.......

3.8 are wnning, he`s got no play in the game. The SCOTUS has spoken, Obama handed victory but,... He`s about to get another slap in the face from Putin. Val don`t like Nukes in his yard unless they are his. It`s gonna be three and 0 for Putin.......

But this is not a total victory in Health Care, his first draft was the win by attrition.... But he`ll take a victory with losses instead, and that is why you can relate and I can`t.

I`ll take 8 more years of Barry over one day of Hillary.
