Night time temp dropped

Hey last night my temp dropped to around 13C. Gradually dropped from 18C to 13C over an 8 hour period and spent 4hours at 13C. I am only 15days into flower. How much of an issue is this being so early on? I wouldn't be so worried if it was 2-3 weeks down the track.

Temp drops like that are how pm starts. If you notice, outdoor plants have a lot of pm/bud rot issues. I have a small heater hooked up to an ink bird to control night time temp fluctuations

Yeah I have one of those but one of the heaters malfunctioned so couldn't get it to the heat I usually have it at. Luckily I.have 2 otherwise it would've been below freezing in.there. I have a spare heater so Will be back to normal tonight

It usually is initiated when cool temps are followed by rain
A one time occurrence shouldn’t be a concern without rain
But a heater would help I suppose

You seem like you know what you're doing. How does this look? 15days since flip, Bruce banner, h&g nutes (base a+b, amino) cmx calmag and start using bud xl next week, EC 2.6 PH 5.9-6.0, runoff EC 2.8-3.0. Feed twice a day to runoff in 3 gallon airpots.Daytime temps 21-24C night time usually 17-19C except last night. Just had a few issues with my last 2 grows. Only my third in coco. Anything I should change?

Night temp drops aren't a big deal. Its the foggy nights, or super high humidity and rain that may cause PM. Its not a guarantee you'll get PM, I mean Ive left plants in multiple rainstorms and crazy temp fluctuations here in the Northeast and I didn't get PM on them all the time. I grew out 5 Flying Dutchmen the Pure and 5 Taskenti many years ago indoors and all the Pure got PM while the Taskenti were fine and no PM even being near the others so PM is is not just environmental its strain dependent as well.

Ive been using this for a while and I haven't had an issue with anything, preventive measures are very important in my opinion.

Same active ingredient in the same percentage as Marrone Regalia. I've been very happy with Regalia and it works. Glad to know there's another source at almost the same price (a little more expensive) but a great way to try it without buying a quart.

I actually picked these up at walmart 50% off. I bought their Fertilizer, Bio Fungicide, Bio Insecticide and this, great deal. Right now walmart and the hardware stores are having killer sales on gardeing stuff. 50-90% off everything its crazy. I buy almost everything off season now on sale for the enxt year and have been saving a ton of money. Even soils and promix go on sale sometimes.

How was the Taskenti? I have some durban poison going at the moment.
It was really larfy and airy bud, smelled like lemon, nothing special. My second least favorite in that grow of 10 strains, first least fav was Fast and Vast, that shit went straight to RSO.

Taskenti is a landrace so its probably a good breeder, it was a sturdy plant, it didnt top well, after I topped it it stalled for a week.

I will post it there actually. The deals are killer. The cab of my truck is filled with pots and planters now. I bought 36 inch window planters for like 2 or 3 dollars each normally almost 25 same with these pots, normally 12.89 bought 30 at 2.50 each at home depot, they were on the ground outside so they were dirty but I dont care. I like yard sales too :bigjoint:

I sterilized my grow space using zerotol 2.0 with a hudson fogger, full face respirator, painters suit and gloves and haven't seen PM in 2 years or more. Also keeping the environment below 60% humidity and temps above 70, avoid bringing outside plants inside including clones/cuttings from other growers will greatly increase your odds of never seeing PM again.

I grow in a sealed environment, obviously not hermetically sealed but the room does not pull or push air from outdoors. I use a mini-split ductless air conditioner, co2 generator and dehumidifiers to maintain the ideal environment.

I do not believe PM is systemic, I believe that an infected plant will visibly display spores on the leaves once cells have been infected with the fungus. If you see spores on leaves which is what we see with PM, then that means its in every nook and cranny of your grow space/areas/equipment/etc. All those surfaces need to be sanitized including 100% of the plants, pots, trays, etc..

Treat the plants all you want, the spores are still waiting to latch on again somewhere in your grow space.
