Guys quick question wat is nft in hydroponics could u direct me to a read on this or a tutorial on doing one thanks in advance

Nutrient Film Technique. Basically net pots with roots hanging down into a wide but thin stream of nutrient solution that is recirculated down to a reservoir and pumped back up to be used again.

NFT is good for SoG with smaller plants. Larger plants need bigger root systems than NFT can typically support.

The key with the NFT tables is to make sure the res is level, make sure you use spreader mat , make sure your water is nicely distributed.
After that its the same as any other recirculating set up.
