NFT Pump Question

Starting my first NFT system, have an 18 gallon tub and have 2 3 1/2 foot tubes. If you know anything about what kind of Pump i need that i could get for cheep that would be very helpful. need to know how many GPH (Gallons Per Hour).

I always use the ecoplus 396 pump. I have run it on 6 and 3 foot tubes. If you are running 3 1/2 foot tubes i suggest you seal the pvc together really good so that the pressure doesnt blow the pvc out from a fitting.
