Heads Up

OK, I'm back to have my serving of crow. I agree......the birds exceeded my expectations but the packers really showed the eagles deficiencies. I can only imagine the season they would have had without Vick. I sure hope they have about three hundred first round picks and get rid of the star who doesn't get paid to tackle, give him back to new england.

The Jets beat the Patriots the 1st matchup 28-14.
yes they did, but a few things to note.
1. That was not nearly as much meaning w/ that game compared to the second, the second game had huge playoff seeding implications.
2. That game was the beginning of the end for Moss, this is not the same offense as it was then. Much more balance now, much more dangerous and productive.
3. The Pats D was super young, they have progressed every game. They are not the same defense from that early season loss.

Im not expecting a blowout again, I'm thinking 28-13 Pats, but a blowout wouldnt surprise me either....after all the talk this week I think if Brady and Belichik have a chance they will run it up again, make Rex eat another helping of humble pie. We all know how much he likes second helpings :-)

I was just stating a correction to an earlier poster's comment that the Patriots had won both match-ups.

thanks for the correction neo..i noticed it like a day after i posted it that i messed up..so glad someone caught that haha
It's all good. Just making sure no one thought I was implying that the Jets could do it a second time. Because that ain't where my money would be, if I had any:razz:

I dont think its the jets that suck.Mark Sanchez just fucks up easy throws.

Since the Eagles are out im focusing on are off season,I hope we can snatch Nnamdi Asomougah up.I think that would fix are D right away.No QB in the league would throw to either of are sidelines with him on the right and Asante on the left.
We also need a new right tackle.I think theres a free agent on the pats thats supposed to be pretty good.

And now we got.
AFC
Baltimore vs Pittsburgh.I think Pitt got it but im hoping for B more to win.

Jets vs Pats.Pats got this.

NFC
Packers vs Atlanta.Should be a good game but I think the packers will pull through.Im hoping for ATL to win.

Seahawks vs Bears.Should be a easy game for the Bears,I expect it to be a blowout. There D is way better then the Saints.
lol The bears are getting walked through the playoffs. They got a good shot at going to the superbowl.
