I see a medical challenge over this. If I can pop a Percocet in the passenger seat I should also be able to take my other medicine. I guess I can in pill form, enforcing that is kind of impossible.
if you are a passenger on a trip in a car or in an OPEN boat as well..both are very challengab;\le.
meds are needed..
theres nothing to stop you from taking them
and never let them try and tel you otherwise

i serve people alcohol daily its a $2500 fine if i provide a miner with alcohol

As I said, we know nothing of this "man". What we do know, however, is that kids get weed from their friends and family.

Nothing wrong in assuming the likeliest story may be the truth.

yes i agree but i still stand by my 1st comment saying i see no problem giving fines to people providing underage persons cannabis

i however do have a problem with fines being given for using cannabis in the family home behind closed doors regardless of age
if its on the streets different story

oh i love my life and wouldn't change it. all im saying is it did blocked new opportunities as in working for some places
if it was up to me it would be compulsory for everyone in the world to smoke weed before starting the their days

So I was in the passenger seat and the missus was driving. I needed some medication for my pain so I had to smoke a joint. Is what I did illegal? Seems strange that I can't take my medication if that is the case. I required it.
The way I see it, if you did not get CHARGED and CONVICTED then it was not illegal. Catch me if you can. :P

the guy broke the law, and sold a controlled substance to a 13 year old kid. what's the difference between this and buying a 13 year old cigarettes, or alcohol? yeah, i know weed isn't as bad for you as either, but all three are controlled substances, and kids don't need it to be any easier to get any of it.
he fucked up, and he's going to pay the price for fucking up. don't fuck up...it's a lot cheaper

You can pop a Percocet in the drivers seat....
And this is my issue. We had a 4 hour car ride and my sciatic was going nuts. I'm not supposed to take my medication (in the drivers seat or passenger seat, either really, but the passenger seat just seems completely unconstitutional).

a passenger in a private motor vehicle can't take prescription medication while in that vehicle? where does it say that?

Fines for having open cannabis in the car etc etc. So far we have heard nothing about exceptions for medical patients.

Not to mention they would probably yank the driver for a roadside sobriety test even if just the passenger was medical and smoking.

ahh, his medication is weed...got it, i was thinking he couldn't take a prescription pill in a car...yeah...if it's prescribed, you should be able to do it as a passenger, but you'd have to use it in some way that wouldn't effect the driver. edibles, tinctures, in my opinion, vaping and blowing it out an open window isn't going to do shit to the driver, but i wouldn't try to push that past a judge...

and he must have different sciatica (or different weed) than i have, getting high takes a little of the edge off, but it doesn't make it go away...especially when i'm stuck in a car seat for hours, the only thing that really works is stopping at least every two hours and walking around for ten minutes or so before i get back in

It helps with my sciatica, depends on the strain and method of consumption. Smoking depending on the strain (like White Widow) can help with the pain too (albeit somewhat briefly).

even fent can be used responsibly allowing the patient to just lead a somewhat normal existence....
and be able to drive without the impairment.
The new leader of Brazil is reportedly a Fentanyl addict, and that's not even why he's dangerous.

Yeah, maybe we should legalize all drugs because the greater threat is the psychopaths who want to destroy us. Drugs are for many of us a means to cope with society and the pathology of our leaders.
