My 1st try at clones -2 1/2 weeks in and have 5 of 6 looking really good - last 1 may be ok its still alive - thinking its time to move the peat plugs into soil - I have Fox Farms Oceans forest and happy frog - which would you use to move into extra large Solo cups ?
-
I also have a Auto that is 3 weeks or so old and it just dont want to grow any more it popped quick and stopped at 1 1/2 inches - no discolorations or spots - looks healthy it just stopped growing - I have another only a week and a half old and it is 8 inches tall - they both are in same soil mix which was made of 1/2 ocean forest and 1/2 happy frog both were full large bags like 1 1/2 cubic ft bags and then added a 2 gallon bag of Perlite - any ideas ??

happy frog. Once it is settled I would then go to ocean forrest.
I have had luck going straight into ocean forest but its not advised.

If you just transplanted it can take a bit for the roots to take off and then the plant will grow.
Unless you have harmed the roots in which case it may die or at least struggle for a while.

I wouldn't feed ocean forest to a seedling too hot.
Like I said I have gotten away with it with clones but would not feed seedlings

thanks much for the advice - they all seem to doing great and only 1 died

What kind of lights are you using? That could help us figure out why your auto halted growth.
I use a T5 2 ft 2 bulb for it and a cheapo 12x12 multi color led light too -
I had it in oceans forest and happy frog soils - read something about it being too rich/hot so I flushed the soil 3 days in a row and then a week later it took off and shot up a foot in the next 2 weeks land is doing ok now

ok so I finally realized the so called fem/auto seeds I spent high $$ on are a photo seed - They maybe were fems but definitely not a auto - after waiting way too long for it to flower thinking it was a auto - I made a light change and boom she went flower - its sticky and dank smelling and huge maybe it will be a good harvest -- hoping so
