Here's some advice from a not-so-newbie, when you have a question, try to find it yourself before starting a thread.

Chances are your question has been asked and answered hundreds of times before. Use to the Search feature. Consult the GROW FAQ. If your question remains unanswered, by all means, start a new thread.

You will quickly earn the respect of the board if you do this.
