I have the exact same setup, if you want you can check out my journal. I used a 400 watt mh/hps lighting and had great results, but if i were to do it all over again I would go with a 600 watt bulb in a air cooled hood

I would get it from HTGsupply.com great prices and good products
i found a nice 400watt mh/hps on line with them i think i might start out with and yes the price is reasonable thank you for the heads up

I would suggest getting fem seeds just from personal experience. its such a bummer to get males. out of 10 plants in my last grow i ended up with only 2 females
