Newbie Strains?

Hi, I havn't been able to have myself a great garden yet and was wondering what you guys thought would be a good entry level strain to start off with. My plan was to grow a strain in hopes of finding a good female to make a mother plant out of. I would prefer a strain that doesn't grow too tall; mostly Indica if you know of any good ones.

that is tough call. i would look into tga's gear as he has some shorties that will be killer smoke and are all pretty easy to grow

Barneys LSD very resilient, short and a great yielder. Did I mention it is the strogest strain I have ever come across but I'm new. It has been in the top of attitude list for years. Its nice and spacey with a rock hard stone and citrusy. Its hard to stress and kill and really stays short. This is how just a single phenyo came out though I head its pretty stabile genetics.

When you shop for plants, be it cannabis or tulips, you want to find out what zone or type of climate your in, then pick plants that are compatible to your region. Another thing to consider, F1 hybrids, outdoor and landrace plants will usually display the most vigor, even if you decide to grow indoors. Checkout Mandela seeds website, good info on their website
