Yeah man, should be ample with the right set-up depending on the amount of plants ur running.. Just remember with them u must keep the tops of the plants almost touching the lights for good results.

I want to make sure, cause link is gone you have daylight type on your list in addition to the soft whites.
You want 'daylights' not soft whites to veg, the soft whites are for flowering. Try and get the 100 watt replacements with 6500K color temp (or 'daylights') as they have the blue part of the spectrum you need to start the plants.
