Looking to start growing indoors in super soil under 1000w sealed with ac. My question is how many plants vegged for how long in what sized smart pots to achieve max yield. Sub vegg's 4 plants for 8 weeks in 7 gallon smarties. Would 6 plants vegged for 4-6 weeks In 5 gallon yield more?

I use 5 gallon smarties, vegg my clones 3 weeks or plants from seed 4-5 weeks to get 5 ounces or so at harvest

It depends ultimately on your grow space dimensions as well as your reflector. If you got a square space and a square reflector, 48" x 48" would be an ideal setup because 1000watt lights are great for covering this size area. You could probably fit 4-5 nice bushy plants (like the size of my profile picture) in this area if you are growing in 5-7 gallon felt pots....which is what I would do if I had that type of setup. I'd get some of those tomato rings if you want to keep your plants supported good and the canopy even. You'd yield good if you kept the branches evenly spaced apart so each one got the same amount of light.

all depense, but my guess is that you probably yield the same more or less, only different is you harvest early with less Veg time but also use more seeds/clones and of course pots/soil nuts and a bit more work with 6 plants then 4

if you have the seeds/clones for it you could also do a SoG or a vertical grow, or a scrog with one plant, there are many ways to "Rome"

no matter what, even with a 1000W you want to keep em small and bushy indoors using artificial light one way or the other and keep all them Bud site with in the strong light zone
