newbie hydro question

Hey guys. My question is when do i start flooding and using nutes on my seedlings? I am growing autoflower strains in a 2x2 ebb and flow. I have canna aqua veg and flores. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I start nutes when the second set of real leaves appear.
