Newbie here: Seedlings have tall and thin stem

This is my first time trying this, so I'm a total newbie and your help is much appreciated.
I started seeds 3 weeks ago and my seedlings look very tall (~ 5 inches) and the main stem looks very thin. I even had to use wood sticks to support the plants. The plants have been under 400W MH light for a week and the light source is about 3-4 feet from the plants.
Some of the leaves are now turning yellow and that worries me. I have started a very dilute nute supplementation and I water them every day as heat from the light dries up the soil fairly quickly. The room temperature is about 30 degrees Celsius (86 F). Please have a look at the attached images and provide some feedback.
Thanks
Dojindo

I had this exact same problem it killed two of my plants.
Your lights are too far from the plants and they are straining to reach them.
Bring the lights closer and if possible add a little soil to the top and get a gently blowing fan on them. Once they stabilized a little more.
Still a bit early for nutes adding them now could make things worse.
Focus on getting the temperatures under control and getting the light closer to the plants... they will continue straining to reach the lights eventually killing themselves in the process.

Yeah, Bad stretching, get the light alot closer.

Put your hand between the plant and your light, if its too hot for you its to hot for the plant.

I would trans plant into a bigger pot 1 plant each. only leave a few inches out of the soil. what type of light do you have?
