Don't make it harder than it is. Low Stress Training is simply bending branches, or tying them down. The key is that you want to allow the plant to recover before you stress it more. Bend some branches, give them a few days, and they will recover on their own. Depending on how hard you pinch them, the point that is bent will swell and you might even see a little bit of dead tissue if the exterior of the stalk is breached. It works out for you because the plant will supply nutes to the branches to help repair the damage, but the plant shut all the nutes off after it is repaired, so it will end up supplying more nutes to the flowers. Just go one branch at a time and get a feel for it.
