Hi all Iam new here and would like to start by saying hello.I just finished my grow area from all the great info I got from reading all your post on CFLS,thanks so much to all fo the info.I started these plants 3 weeks ago but they never had good lighting untill 2 days ago. What a differentance good lighting makes. You can almost see them growing.Or at lest I think its good lighting.Iam using 2 -42w and 2-26w 6500k daylight CFLs.Will be adding more as I go.My grow area is 3x4 and 4 high. How many plants can I grow in this area?Iam trying to send pics but dont how to compress it to make it small enough.

what soil you using? and how often do you water? and do you ph your water? what is temp of the space?

I use Sunshine mix#4 .Yes I PH the water.I dont water till the pots are light to lift, and the soil is dried out sum.Iam trying to use the info I got from all of you from your post. The plants didnt have much light tell a few days ago.

ok i tend not to ph when using soil as the nutes in the soil will be acidic, you want your run off water to be 6.2 to 6.4, if you drop the ph the soil will be even more acidic and will lockout surtain nutes. what the NPK ratio of the soil?
