Newb question - 1 week from seed...plant falling over

Hey all, first attempt at growing, put 5 white widow seeds in rapid rooter plugs in aeroponic cloner.
Prob my first mistake...I put clear plastic cups over them, hoping it'd act as a humidity dome. Maybe it made the stems too soggy....or maybe the plant leaned on cup (I don't THINK it was...not sure) and grew too tall with false confidence of strength??
Second possible mistake....there was an oscillating fan on low a couple feet away that hit them for just a few seconds, but it coulda been enough to blow them over.

Anyway, I have them propped against some cut up neoprene sleeves right now, should I let them hang and make them get strong, or will that kill them and I should leave neoprene sleeves there?

I have taken the cups off...also the only fan blowing near them now is a oscillating on low about 9 feet away. It's blowing on the "mother" to the right of them in non-circulating mode. so it should still get air movement without direct contact.

What to do?

Also...I took clones 12 days ago, the top leaves are staying green, bottoms some have yellowed some...some bad some not. Still no roots. There is a little white bump on the end of two of them that are probably root starts. I put some clonex in the water solution...Does it take longer for them to root sometimes?

For their first 6 days was way too high and my GFI circuit kicked their water pump off for a couple hours twice (only for clones, not for seeded).

Thanks!

Both problems are overwatering. Seedlings dont need any domes etc and you must let the medium dry between waterings. Use only plain water for clones and when you water them dont saturate just moisten the medium about 50% wet and let them dry to about 20% wet, so on av just wet medium once a day and spray for first 2 days if necessary. Also get that light closer , the seedlings are leggy as fuck.

Ok, it's a 400W and I didn't wanna give them too much light too early. I'll move it closer. The seeds sprouted a root just fine, just not the clones unfortunately :/ As far as being too wet...I'm using stinkbudd's aero system and following what he does with a 1 min on 5 min off water spray setup. Do you suggest a longer off time?
Thanks!

If youre rooting seeds, the easiest thing ive found with a stinkbud setup is to crack the seeds in a paper towel until theyre about 1 inch long and then put them in the collars. Im using a full stinkbud setup and i love it, its a little difficult to get started with seeds but when you get em going they explode.

I think they were just too wet/humid. After only an hour and a half of the cups being off, they look way healthier and stand up with no supports no problem.
