Well the new year is here. What kind of prices is everyone seeing for indoor/outdoor etc.

Do you think it will go up or down this year?

1800-2000 for indoor in the bay area. The market is just flooded right now it sucks

Yep, I am hearing just sit on it until the outdoor stuff is gone.
