using Ocean Forest no need for Veg nutes.. that mix is rich in nitrogen..imo the drainage with ocean forest is good..but u can add more perlite if u wish . i use ocean forest my self .. I never use Veg nutes.. only bloom .. and right now im using "Old Age Organics Bloom" for flowering.. and u can mix Molasses in too..good source of Calcium and magnesium

Sweet. Thanks for ur reply. So i just use plain ol water the whole time during the veg period and use organic bloomin nutes and molasses when i start flowering? How would i keep the ph in check? would i need to add something extra or does the soil pretty much keep it balanced?

u gotta get ph up or down .... u can also add dolomite lime to your soil.. it will keep your Ph Balanced.. also a good source of Calcium and magnesium aswell ..
