New to Growing

Just a few pics of a bud of the HS that I'm about to smoke loads of trichs mmm mmm :lol:

And also a few pics of my homemade honey oil extractor gonna give it a go when I trim the rest of the HS hope I'll get a few grams but maybe thats wishful thinking but that does no harm :bigjoint:

You gotta love the honey oil.. :mrgreen:

Try and get hold of some 'London' gas.. its got zero impurities.. seems to taste better with some of that gas.. :mrgreen:

Have you got a poundland near you? they should sell it in there...

watch a few vids on youtube and seen some bloke 'cooking it' after extraction on a hot plate until the bubbling stopped to remove all traces of butane it also changed colour gonna give that a go :bigjoint:

Just made first batch of BHO last night smoke 2 joints ,oil smeared on skin and just tobacco in them and I was stoned as fuck fell asleep couldn't keep my eyes open its gooood,
Gonna make another batch tonight ,now I didn't get alot but its potent shiiiit :hump:

Well today I blitzed the shit out of the trim and managed to get it all in one go where as last night I had to do 2 runs
I,m happy with what i got from it very strong stuff can't wait to smoke it with some weed it will blow my socks off goodnight Vienna :weed:

Now I have to say its a messy process very sticky and hard to remove from the bowl ,but i managed and whats left stuck to the bowl I'm just heating it and wiping skins across it smearing them with lovely oil
So heres a few pics of the process

Also a tip i found by mistake ,some bits got thru the filter and were in the bowl and when adding hot water to the dish beneath the bowl i spilled some into the bowl and i noticed it froze and while try to get it out the bits stuck to the ice which i could fish out

ya starting to turn into a connoisseur, iv never made honey oil. now ya know how to make it you can make a cannabis cigar. bud, leaves and honey oil, maybe a sprinkle of hashish in there.

I will have to wait for the hashish ,I wanted to make hash with the trim but it would have taken too long waiting on delivery of the bubble bags seen a 5 bag 1 gallon set on ebay for 20
So I went for the hash oil instead its very messy though
I will check on the buds tomorrow and take a few pics they are hanging in the attic with the fan blowing ,the lights are off till next grow, hopefully next month after my birthday

No missed that 1 but a mate was telling me about people growing in their attics and they were getting caught because on the frosty mornings when everybody's roof is white the growers roofs are not because the heat of the lights ,IDK if that was in the programme your talking about but I'm glad i didn't have the worry of the attic heating up and getting me caught :-P

not sure how much you will get though... i wouldn't weigh before you hang cause its a shocker when you weigh again and realise how much has gone! :mrgreen:

oh by the way, you don't have that fan blowing directly on them do you? indirect air movement is what you want, direct air will make the outside crispy..

Yeah their done a while now they are in fact dying and drying out stopped looking after them as the plants neared finishing I only put the chillies in there to control the insect problem :fire:

Don't know what is next G4J will have to wait and see, do a little more reading on whats the best strain for me :weed:

I've been smoking the honey oil this past 2 days its all i have but got a bag last night and made a honey oil weed joint and I fell asleep watching avatar couldn't keep my eyes open I was wasted :lol:

- iv made plans since i last posted, iv got 3 cans of expanding foam 3 packs of 65 mil insulation that im doubling up. gonna be heat tight.al iv gotta do know is figure out how to cool the extracted air, im thinking 20 metres of ducting looped around the loft. the air will be cooled by then. that should do it :-P

LIGHT CYCLE INTERRUPTED ANYBODY GOT IDEAS????? sorry to post here, but im in a hurry

i am about a week or so away form harvest. tomorrow will be exactly 8 weeks of flowering and i go into my room to water, AND I LEFT THE OVERHEAD LIGHT ON above my garden. after 3+ months i was so good at not leaving it on untill now. so my entire room has been under two cfls for the last 24 hours so

is that enough to trigger them back into veg and halt thc production?

i have a microscope and the trichomes are not cloudy and no amber yet so not quite time to take down but... will another week do any good or will they just get confused
