New to growing

Hello I’m new to growing, I started these seeds on the 13th of august.
I’m feeding them the technafloral beginners set, ive started LST 4 days ago and noticed a lot of new growth on the bottom of the plant everyday.
I have a 3x3 tent on the way also, Is there anything else I should be doing to them at this stage?
Also do they look healthy?

Oof I hope someone can help you out here cause these aren’t looking to great. Maybe they need more light? What’s your light cycle right now?

it looks to me like they might be having a pH issue, but they don't look too bad. I'm a new to growing and was having the same issue of twisty, warped leaves like yours until I moved to soil and fixed my pH.

no prob! I can't tell if they are male... but it might be too early. Just watch your nodes for preflowers. What you have there might just be more vegetation.
I started a plant late-July, and still haven't gotten any signs myself.

They are in a 3x2 closet, I have a 3x3 tent on the way though and a 4x4 here I haven’t opened yet
I’m hoping it’s just the Ph that’s causing this and nothing major,
Haven’t seen any “balls” that the male plants have

Don't worry about male or female yet.

If that isn't an auto seed you have plenty of time to get it straight.

I strongly suggest stopping the lst until some of those colas grow some length and then lst. Right now your just kinda forcing it into a tiny ball. It will look alot better after its grown some legs to speak.

Okay thank you that’s a lot of stress gone, I’ll stop the LST tonight when I turn the lights back on.
Is there anything I should be doing at this stage or should I just watch them grow at this point?

I'd let it grow and figure out what is causing your twists.

What water are you using?
