New to growing need help

well first off you needa upgrade that light. it might work but the buds will not grow to there full potential. HTG supply on E-bay is a great place for supplys.

if your growin under 4 plants you can go with a 150w or 250 watter. if ur growin u need HID(highintensitydischarge) CFL dont have nothing on HID .if you want big buds go with HID
the fan leaves start dying off in flowering.if ur seein colors you might have a lil nute burn. but that lil girl looks good.....start a grow journal
 
Yeah only doing a single plant not trying to get too expensive with the stuff, i mean i would love to but im broke right now. Do HID come in like bulbs or tubes? all the other leaves besides the cotyledons are a nice healthy looking green. But I will check out some stuff thanks for the references. Also I feel like it is taking awhile to grow its only about 3 inches tall. Should I keep em on 24/7 light for now? And the two fan leaves above the cotyledons fall of also?
 
man CFLs are great you just need more and wat cesar said is it really 100 watt or just equivalent, if it is only a 27 watt u will need alot more im growing wit CFls now and these are at 3weeks i have one 85 watt and five 27 watts

man u got the wrong bulb u need 6500k cool white ( more of a blueish light)its only a 23 watts so that mean its only using 23 watts u can go 2 home depot and get a 2pack of 27 watt 6500k for like 8 bucks u can keep that 3000k in there but u shud deff get like 4-8 of those 6500k 27 watt or u can get a higher watt
 
Alright that helps alot thanks for the help tmrw i will be on my way to home depot. Can i keep the plant under the 3000k until i get new bulbs for it tomrw it is 9:50 pm here

hell yea its better than nuttin btw how far are your lights
 
right on pilgrim ummmm about an inch or 2 from the plant...bad? or good? i kind of move em now and then from an inch to a few almost 4 inches from the plant
 
u shud go online and order a couple high watt cfl like the one 2 da left
