new to growing legal weed. AZ 4300 elevation going to grow outside

Yes , I have used RSO got from Lazarus and cbd helps too.
the spot I was hoping for them to live until harvest- gets diffused shade from pecan in am. Full sun mid Day- I can make shade cloth structure (pvc, shade cloth, sewing machine) And in summer this spot is shady in late afternoon.
Well good and bad news this am- I put all babies into she shed and turned on room heater low. Well this am open the door feels not warm. I had put the fan on. So just well circulated night temp z but the babies all look to be still standing no new limp sad ones. Too bad I gave away that indoor portable swamp cooler....

Fellow cochise grower here. Maybe I can help. Lots of photoperiod stuff around. The wind during monsoon and the UV during the middle of the day u need to prepare for. And as mentioned LST so they stay low to avoid neighbors. Great to find locals here finally making AZ green
Little north of you guys in Tucson! I do DWC (Deep Water Cultivation) for my quality controlled medicine but here are my first two outdoor attempts, both Maui Waui. Been doing some LST (Low Stress Training) ever since I transplanted them from my DWC to outdoors about a month ago and they started flowering! Was a bit shocked, the days are only going to get longer so not sure what to expect!20210502_070834.jpg20210502_070819.jpg20210502_070740.jpg

some people remove buds I leave if there not that big, if you got a lot of critters around I would get rid of but no mini harvest lol. Couple weeks they will go back to normal growth

They usually need supplemental lighting outside until end of May. Not enough light yet. At the farms I worked at in Oregon they all used string bulb lights. Kicking into preflower takes awhile to get out of. I would put out some lights so u don't waste the whole month flowering and then revegging. Just my two cents. What all strains are u growing up in tuscon. I have GSC,masterkush, godbud, bccheese, kingjack, supersilverhaze. I am getting my greenhouse setup now

In my DWC I have GDP and NYC Diesel going on right now, the two outside are Maui Waui. Last grow I had Chiquita Banana and Godfather OG which were both good.

As far as the flowering and re-vegging, that might actually work to my advantage as I only have about 4 feet of height and am doing LST to keep them down for now. Just don't want to tempt anyone who might see if it grows higher than my wall.

If I was so inclined to get light on them though, any suggestions for temporary outdoor lighting?

so the girls have made it to more leaves... the sun shade is up. because the sun is intense. i water only in small amounts. but every other day flush the container with more to get the roots a good drink. please tell me your best tips.

Way to not give up. Make sure u let them dry out some. Do make sure u have drain holes. Maybe make a little wire cage to protect them from birds. While they are still seedlings birds will pull them out. Try and spread out your watering and I would not b watering to runoff. Just moist is what I would shoot for. Dryer is better than too wet. Seedling roots are susceptible to rot. Taper back the watering a touch and they will start to blow up. Keep it up.

Here are the girls, I have gotten fabric 5 gal pots. i have my orbit timer waterer and line ready to set up. question do i go into a bigger pot before i transplant to the final pot? they got some sun burn the other day. they are in small 4" pots and sonic cups. i am so happy to have them past that troublesome baby plant stage. but now they are teenagers and if i give them too much root space will they be stunted, trying to grow roots and not leaves and branches. is there an easy guide to find complete weed growing with out flipping through forums. i get distracted very easily? thank you for the help

They are big enough to go into the 5 gallon fabric bags now. B careful of the black fabric in direct sun. Those bags are usually used inside. The root base could get cooked if u don't keep the bags out of the sun. If u can I would dig a hole and replace with good soil and drop those girls right in the ground no bag needed. Lots of great books out there. Check out jorge Cervantes. Also your soil looks a little funky. I would go to green lady hydro in tuscon. Buy some recipe420 soil, perlite, and earth worm castings. Mix soil 50%, 25%perlite,25%castings. Mix that up and put in your holes and watch them grow. Keep up the good work

UPdate - 1 was struggling, a second is showing stress, the others are happy and growing lots. i got the encyclopedia, growing outside is a topic, and i read it all. however anyone living in AZ knows full sun is different here. i forgot to give them a drink yesterday afternoon. the stressed plant went under shade cloth and got a soak and drain of fresh water.

and so here we are friday the 13th and the hairs are looking great, i am amazed at the formation of these buds. almost 4 inches just for august. 1.25 tuesday and thursday. today is supposed to also be big rain.
