They have to establish roots before they can grow much, but those look hungry imo.
What are you feeding and at what ppm/ec? Whats your water temp and ph? RO or tap?

Running cal magic and ff trio at 350ish ppm using distilled water ph starts at 5.2 let it drift up to 6.5 before I bring it back down

How many ml/gal are you using of the calimagic?
You need to set your ph right around 5.8 when you change your water and keep it within like 5.6-6.2. Thats too much of a swing.

Oh ok I gotcha I didn't measure out the cal mg I put a cap full in the bucket checked the ppm until I got 100 ppm of cal mag then did my ff trio

do you know if thats 500 or 700 scale?
When using distilled water, it doesnt have the calcium and magnesium that tap water does. You have to replace them. id start with like 2-3ml per gallon. Make sure you add calmag to plain water first and mix it up well then wait a few mins to put your nutrient in.

go with 2. if youre 700 scale that should put you at or just above 200ppm. If thats the case, add another 200ppm of nutes.
Is 2 twice what you were using roughly?

Ok so go for 200 ppm of cal mag and 200 of the trio and il figure out that scale tomorrow for sure and let u know

I always liked a big pH swing myself before I got pH Perfect nutes then stopped worrying about or testing the pH.

Before that mine would creep up to 6.3ish every 3 days when I did my top ups with RO then tested pH and ppm. I'd add some nutes to get the ppm to my target then add 4 or 5 drops of conc. sulphuric acid. Sometimes the pH would go as low as 5.2ish but I'd just leave it and it would be back to 6.3 or so in 3 days. Plants grew like weeds on steroids. Some nutes absorb better at different pH levels so with a swing they all got their time in the zone.

Personally I'd get your actual nute ppm to 3 - 400 and don't worry about much of the calmag. There's enough in the nutes to start with so a bit is plenty.

Wouldn't hurt to top feed using a turkey baster to run some nutes thru the pots as there's probably lots of small roots in there that aren't getting any food. A couple times a day until lots more are in the soup would help. I always have a small hole in the lids of my DWC tubs so I can get stuff in and out easy.

A picture from yesterday hard to see the browning leaves
I just went back to look closer at that pic and they almost look like they are getting a little nute burn. Are you sure your ppm pen is calibrated? Most likely it's on the 500 scale but check you particular pen out good to be sure.

Save this chart and it's just the right size to print out for reference.

I went from tap to RO and had to use a shit ton of calmag all the time after the switch.
If I didnt, I saw droopy leaves, curling/brown tips and slow growth. The plants looked "tired" so to speak.
Like fragile said, calmag your water to 150-200ppm, add in another 150 or so of nutes and then re-evaluate after several days.
Root before shoots. Your plant will grow some decent roots before much starts happening up top. Don't sweat that.

Theres a line called ph perfect by advanced nutrients. I think hes talking about that.
Some nutrients are more ph stable than others and still some that are stable for some arent stable for other people.
Like i use mega crop and my ph stays rock solid. @rkymtnman stopped using megacrop because his ph wouldnt stay stable at all.
