Hello all, I am a Texas Refugee. I just moved to the Greeley area this last weekend. I am currently working on getting my Colorado DL and my medical card. My brother just got his today. One question I had about my medical card is that I am a pretty healthy guy. Never really had insurance as an adult and I am 31. When I was a kid I had ADHD, and once I had a doctor say I have a curved spine, also I have insomnia and I was once prescribed xanax for anxiety. Would any of these qualify me? We do have a hook-up with a doctor.

Have to be a resident for 6mths b4 you can get a card. So from the date of your DL. When you do go get a card tell them you have insomnia and migraines. They will give you a standard plant count of 15, then you can pay for a bigger count. THis all means nothing if you ever got popped. Standard 6, and 12 per household. check your county laws 1st tho

Are you in the wrong state forum or something Diabolic? lol.

Unless they changed things and I didn't hear about it... There is no wait period and I don't think you can get it for any kind of mental stuff. State law is 3 in veg and 3 in flower for med and rec and it's 2 separate law. So technically speaking, if you are an adult and have a med card, you could have 6 and 6, although I don't think this has been put to the test in court.

He's right about extended plant counts, I have 24 myself but it really means nothing more than, if you end up in court you can use that in your defense. I feel more than comfortable growing 18-24 plants in my home with 3 adults who are also on med. Although I'm going to a 4 plant scrog soon. 600w per plant bitches!. lol.

So my brother was in wreck when was like 18 and has pins in his leg. They asked on the phone if he had scars he said yes, but they never asked to see them when he went in.

I have back problems because I am 6'5 but I don't have really any medical history..

I see. Sorry I thought he was asking about med cards. And yea, it's 2 years before you can be a caregiver as well, correct?

Also that conditions list just goes to prove how ignorant law makers truly are. Cannabis has been proven far more benefit to the stuff on the non-qualifying list than the qualifying conditions. It's almost as bad as the doctors on Weed 3 grinding up hay and filling a volcano bag with nothing but air, lol. "Research grade" cannabis is garbage because they don't want it to work. Sorry, soapbox.

PS> Just let them ask the questions. And think about your responses. They have to meet certain criteria to give you the recommendation.
