I know...I saw this on another bud the other day so I cut that part off. It smells like mangos. I dont know if I should keep it on or not. And if it will effect my other plants.

Yea man it looks like your plant decided to do plan B and made some male parts. You should try to cut those off, maybe save a few if you want seeds, but you don't want to seed ALL of your bud.
Doesn't look like they are ready to me, when 80%+ of the stigmas are orange you should be ready to harvest (if you can't check trichs)

Yeah but I dont really care about this strain. Also I dont want it to affect all of the other buds and plants. Maybe I will chop off the ones affected.

Yeah just checked today, it seems to be spreading along the plant. I think I need to chop it. For the best results what is the best way to harvest.
1. Chop the trunk of the plant and let it hang upside down in the dark. If so for how long?
2. Should I cut it from each long branch and prune it? Take off the excess leaves and cut fan leaves. Then let it hang upside down in the dark. If so for how long?

im an aerogarden grower as one of my gardens ... i got automatic ak-47 as my primse strain ... a couple of suggestions with that strain ... your gonna need alot of extra light ... the cheapest way to do this with an aerogarden is just to add CFL lights in the full spectrum in lamps surrounding the aerogarden ... add an airstone ... thats a must with the aerogarden .... and most of all ... with an aerogarden 7 pod series (assuming you have the deluxe or pro200 with the extra light never grow more than 3 ... root space is limited ... the aerogarden nutrients for flowers (extended season) work great from seed to harvest ...
