new seeds not germin

i got these seeds there good not bag seed junk.......anyways i have had them in paper towel and water on top of my refridge for a week only one has even cracked to show the little white thing so after 2 days of showing but not growing any longer i just plopped it in soil still on top of the refridge keeping it mosit and still nothing wtf!!!!!!!!!

were they in complete darkness? did you use chlorinated water? usually if after 5-7 days they havent sprouted tap roots then they are bad

there name brand from cali my uncle went down there (we share the same growing intrests). and he got em so no there not junk
