It's come to my attention that the LED industry has a new technology they are going towards that is called Organic LED which has been shortened to OLED. The purpose is to develop an LED lamp without such a concentrated beam spread and diffuse the light out such as a fluorescent would do.
So the claim is the color is stable and will retain high outputs without blinding. Does anyone here see the benefits for the grow community?
The Phillips price for these that I've seen on online was extremely high. But it does seem to be a new development with the LEDS
