I was wondering if you can make it so when someone quotes your comment and replies to it we would get a notification seeing what they said without having to go to the thread, or just a little link you click to go to the thread. I understand if it might be too complicated to make though.

Yes, that's possible by changing your Thread Subscription options in your General Settings, under My Rollitup.
