New Led Closet Grow need help with Light set up/ configuration

So all things said and done I ordered 3 full bloom latest and greatest Han's Panel's. Kinda took a huge leap of faith to spend all that money but it should be worth it.
here some current girls about 4 1/2 weeks into bud.

You wanted efficient, those seem to be the most efficient. No wasted electricity is a big plus in my book.

No doubt!!! I just added up all the watt's in my current Co-Op grow around 2250 watts of energy being used 1600 watt's in hps 400 watt's in MH and 250 or so in floro's. AND I SAID LET THERE BE LIGHT!!! AND THERE WAS LIGHT!! On another side note I should be the proud new owner of 3 Han's panel's by the end of the week. which once there all set up and going I'll (hopefully) be growing approx. the same amount of bud with about a quarter of that wattage. lol gotta love par radiation

Haha got my Han's panel's today and man are they bright!!! well 2 of them at least... for whatever reason 1 of the power supplies is bad, I wrote hans about my issue and I am waiting for a response hopefully I don't have to send him this one back, as I'm almost completly broke as it is right now I dunno if I can afford to send the power supply back... I'm not on a huge time constraint right now for the 3rd panel but I am also a jobless college student with no money too...

Well after 2 day's and 2 e-mail's hans wrote me back saying he shipped out a replacement power supply and asked for the serial number from the bad unit that was all. just thought it needed an update.
