Hello!
I am new in growing any plant in general and so I am not sure what is normal, when to worry, and to not.

I have a young couple of tomatillos and pepper plants.
image.jpg

one of the tomatillos looks different then the other. The leaf seems soft, tender, rigid edges, and dark green with new light green growth.

Are their any concerning issues to be handled?

In regards to my peppers, I know they take time to grow and blistered leaves are normal for peppers but mine seem to have stop growing.

wondering if they were transplanted to early. Currently in 1 gal pots

I appreciate all helpful feedback!

They look great! Don't worry about differences this early, just keep them that color green and you're good.
Thank you for your reply!

I hope so. It appears all of them have similar “traits” as in the new growth. The foliage appears to be waxy and blistering. I also felt like no growth has really been made lately.

I guess I could just document now and compare later and see.

Googled Carolina reaper 1 month from seed and mine is nothing close to the same growth. Granted I know there other other factors to consider such as genetics and environment but still questioning mine.

What kind of light are you running? What's your climate like? (Temp, RH%)? What's your light schedule?
HLG 600 RSpec about 30% at 40”
Low 80 during day
Low 70s even 68 sometimes at night.
30%-65% rh
18/6.

was thinking going 24/0 for a bit or switch light sched. just a thought but I feel my temps are low. So I was going to run the light during the night time to keep temps higher and lights off during day to keep plants “light off” warmer then high 60s.

thoughts?
Also, water source is RO phd to 6.5

they will be going there too. Ima keep them in veg until hopefully early next year until I can move the veggies outdoor.

they are just something to work on before I actually open the:fire: packs. hopefully I get females to do a mother bonsai. And run clones when I have space

I'm in the process of training my blue haze. Her node spacing is so sexy! I kept CFL 6400k on her first 2 weeks from sprout.

She's only 3.5" tall in this pic. IMG_5565.JPG

Since it popped out the soil.

Feminized seeds from ILGM, it better not be male lol
Nice! LST? The stalk looks modified. Would it be to early to defoliate?

oh ok I got to check my dates again and see where mine are at. Don’t think mine will reach yours at 2 weeks from sprout.

ha! That would suck. Aren’t they good with like germ and fem rates?

Yea I have her tied down a little further now. I took off 4 fan leaves that were just too big. I tried tucking them, but there's a lot of growth goin on under them.

   They were like the first site I came across when I first was doing all my research before getting my gear.

I ended up going with craft seeds from a seed bank called Neptune, seed cellar, seed bazzar, and unitedseedbank.

It’s all good! As long as your in veg with photo’s your good bc you have the ability to recover.

cant wait to try practicing the techniques!

Going to Veg her for about 2 months. However long it takes for the auto's to finish. Then I will spread her out before I flip. Most likely dropping a net on her. I have plenty of light in there to blow her up later on.
