New growth drooping?

Hi guys! New here, and needing some advice. The new growth on my plants is droopy. What kind of problem am I looking at here? Over watered? Nutrient problem/deficiency? Also, how are they looking in general?

Grow info:
Growing in coco medium. PH is close to 6. Temps are 77-78, with humidity 45%. Plants are right at 3 weeks.

They look fine to me. Did you take this pic right before lights off? That's the circadian rhythm. My plants always start to droop before lights off and perk back up a few hours before lights on. You can watch them do it in this time lapse video.

These pics are about an hour after the lights came on this morning, that's why I'm worried. They should've been perked back up by then right??

When they are young, new growth and middle leaves don't perk up that much . Mine look exactly like yours when they are young. I used to try and baby my plants when I first started. Freaking out over minor things. I would fuck them up from overthinking.

The coco looks dry.
Coco basics:
Feed once a day to run off in veg using a pH around 6.0.........feed at least twice a day to run off in flower.
Never give plain water.
Never let the coco dry out.
The plant in the foam cup in the second pic needs to be transplanted.......like now.
