New growth closing up like Venus fly trap or clam

It’s just when rapid growth begins. So why avoid that?
Well my ph was 5.5-5.7 on the soil of the ones doing it is why I was wondering if that might be it. Keep trying to bring it up but it likes to stay in that range. Using 6.3ph water and feed

Could be.. but in my experience the Indica leaning plants tend to do that clam like growth more than the sativas I grown.

Is she healthy otherwise? Then don’t worry about pH for now. Just check it now and again if you fancy.

And when you start seeing deficiencies check the pH at the start. Before trying to correct with different feeds etc.
