New grower using the foxfarm products lookin for any Info

Hi everyone lam a new grower with multiple sclerosis lookin to try and grow me some meds to help with the pain I have already invested in the foxfarm products and is about 10 days from going into flower and heard some bad things about things about the sledgehammer flush which they foxfarm say flush before going into flower but did not want to mess them up any help would be grayful!!

some flush before harvest others don't

if you have autoflowers ...don't

if you intend to re-use the fox farm ocean forest , post harvest ...don't

keeping the nutes in the soil, gives the plant a bigger menu to select from ..lol
