hey guys i posted a thread a few weeks ago asking when i should put my seedlings under the light being a 600watt hps lamp i got a few posts back saying it wil b abit tricky coz ov heat etc so anyway i took the advice i got and just left them on the window ledge they now had 4 leaves on each plant two being bigger than the other two im just wanting to no exactly when there gona b ready to place under light and also when i shud water and feed etc at the moment im just spraying the soil with water a few times a day and im clueless of how close i should put the lamp above the plants when there ready to go in if any1 could guide me on my 3 questions that would b ov great help thanks alot all just dont want to kill them .

What kinda temps under your 600 watt HPS? get it as close as you can without burning, your good to put them under it now but watch your temps and don't leave them under it long if the temps are too high, give us more info, what medium are you in? Water then wait until the soil gets dry then water again, just stick your finger in the dirt and if it's dry, water again, would be every few days if not every 5 or so days if the plants are still little and are in big enough containers... let the soil dry out a little bit between watering

u got a out take fan? if so get them unda nw it waint d ne harm. just keep eye on ya temps a good out take fan is the key 2 illiminating the harsh heat and keepn ya temps consistant.
thanks 4 that guys as i said im abit clueless i put the 600hps on last nite without any plants an the temp went up to 113f im lead to believe temps should be between 75 and 80 is this correct? and if so wat wil b the cheapest way to get the temp down as ive got no ventilation set up as yet im going to grow in a closest its about 7ft in height 6ft in lenght and 4ft in width i hope this info will give you a better understanding of what i need to do thanks

sum how m8 your gan need air in take and out take if ya daint yal never get the temps down. plus bringen air in is also a must coz in l8ta stagez it can cause bud rot if thez not enuf new air geting into your room. gud luk...
