new grower need your review first grow please help

hello all i am at week 3 today the plant is 4 inch tall now and got some nice looking progress i am using 450w led about 20 inch far away for soil i use verma soil for nutrients i use 0.5,0.5,1 and 7-9-5 i know i shouldn't give her nutrients at the first 3 weeks but because its my first grow i did by mistake here are some pictures of her my question is i see some weird color at the base of her and on some leafs please take a look and tell me what you think thanks

You're doing a good job so far. Looks great !!

Maybe a little small for week 3 but it looks good.

I would look into topping the plant now or soon if I were you. Looks like a real healthy plant though.

i also thought its a little small but remember i did give it nutrients from the start almost maybe it slow the grow ? and its indica strain maybe also a reason for it been small ?

Definitely a bit too small for 3 weeks. Looks great though. How big of a pot are you using?

right now its 4 gallons but i start with very small pot at the seedling

If its from seed definitely this would be good progress so far!

After 3 weeks they take off alot faster , I just grow from seeds so I know what I speaks about!
