So, when I was young, of course I tried to grow in my basement at my fathers home. Of course, being a complete noob, they died when they were only week old sprouts. I never had done research of any type, just tried to grow the beautiful flower <3. Now, being 21, I have done years of research, and being in college with my own place, I finally decided to start growing smart :D.

I have attached photos of my plants/grow op. It's in my closet, and the space is about four feet long, and two feet wide. There are four plants, not sure of the strain or anything. My friend just sold me a handful of seeds for ten bucks, and figured couldn't beat it.

The only plant damage I have noticed is of course, the bottom leaves that brought the plant above the soil, which of course provides the plant with enough food for it's first around two weeks before the veg stage. Also, on the tallest plant in the front (which is nine inches), the two first leaves after the small ones started turning yellow, followed by a bit of brown on the edges. I have seen nothing else on any plants other then the tiny beginning leaves being yellow.

The soil is something i made up on my own. It consists of a Miracle Grow Peat Moss soil, about half if not a little less, as well as a top soil mixed with it. It drains amazingly as well. I have introduced the plants, at two weeks, two Jacks Classic Fertilizer with the NPK ratio of 20-20-20. In five days, they have been watered twice. I am using 1/4 strength of the fertilizer, which applys to every watering other than every other week at 1/2 strength. For the flowering period of the plants, eight weeks I would say, I have the Jacks Blossom Booster Fertilizer with the NPK ratio of 10-30-20.

As for lights, not to sure on numbers and colors there. The front tallest plant, nine inches, has a flurescent spiral bulb on it, which is housed in a silver dish deal. Kind of like a pet light with an aquarium clamp, but suspended above it. In the back, there are two 24" plant lights, with the white plastic housing deal on them. They are tied together, and suspended above the back three plants. The back three plants have grown slower with the plant lights. They are at 5.5 inches, 5 inches, and 6 inches.

You'll also see that the one picture has newer orange pots ready to become the plants new homes when the time is right. From what Ive seen, you watch for growth to slow and that shows it's time for the transplant.

The plants will be moved to the floor once transplanted, and not sitting on paper towells on top of a small dresser type deal.

I have also no clue on the sex of these plants. I have read that preflowers begin to show at about four weeks, but on the picture titled PREFLOWERS, it seems like something is appearing at every branch joint on every plant. One looks like tiny mini leaves, and the other three look like small strings. I tried to capture it as best as I could.

Any advice? Transplanting, feeding, lights, ect.? I do have a fan blowing in as well, works great. The Stems on the smaller three are no where near the sturdiness and thickness of the biggest plant.

Thanks a lot everyone, I appreciate it a lot :D.
