New Grow!!

I got 6 ladies 1 blue cheese, I pre98 Bubba and 4 larry OGs all from clone. I will be running the following

400 digital ballast
Elf carbon Filter
Duct boster fan for fresh air

Nutes:
Floranova
and Flora Nova Bloom
Floralicious plus
Snow Storm Ultra
Kool Bloom Liquid
Monster bloom Powder
Gravity toward the end.

Does anyone know of a good fan under 100 cfms that is silent? The duct booster is a bit loud and noise is sometimes an issue. I will be growing in fox farm soil but I am looking at hydro for the next run. I have never used hydro but I still have a few questions about it before I jump into that arena. Any feedback or suggestions would be great. I have had good results with floranova but I am also new to growing so any feedback helps.

Ok here are some pics of my girls. I been feeding them 3ml of novagrow, 1 tsp of superthrive and a little bit of floraliciuos per gallon. They are rooting like crazy and in a few days I will change them over to bigger pots. Hopefully by then I will have my 250 watt mh for vegging and in about 2 weeks we should hit bloom. I need to see when the right time is to top them, I have heard to do it right before 12/12 but still not sure.
