new grow tent 1200w 6 bubblers northern lights clones

looks like a nice site, just put these in today, 6 northern lights clones off a mate,
2 x 600w hps
6 x homemade bubblers
125mm fan
1.2 x 1.2 x 2m tent
lotsa pumps
canna nutes
any questions please feel free to ask

6 kids bedroom bins from the range i cut holes in the top to fit the net pots put the airline and airstone through the pot into the res and connect to an air pump and away you go, bubble city

Okay thanks alot. So what do you put in the bucket? Water and nutes?

I hate to be asking you all these questions but do you fill the bucket all the way to the net pots? Or is there a few inches between them? Thanks alot man for all the help.

yeah at the moment its just plain water but will be adding the veg nutes in a few days time

until the roots are hanging down i fill to the bottom of the pot once they hit the water i let it drop slightly to encourage root growth

easiest hydro setup on earth! once knew someone that did a bubbler setup in gallon milk jugs filled w/clay pellets, no net pots with plants growing over 4ft tall!

quick update day four of veg

just put them on half strength nutes and dropped the light a bit lower

what would be interesting is, seeing as you have 2 600w sitting in there, be good to see what effects it would have to run 1 600 hps and 1 600 mh together, apparently jorge cervantes said this is the best lighting but then he has been full of shit about other things

ive tried them side by side before and i did notice an increase in trich development and it tasted slightly better but the loss in yield was significant if your growing for your stash then it might b worth it but if your growing for yield then you need the hps

keep the pics coming, nice and clean, and always like diy. dont forget harvest pics when its done.

Nice looking setup. Only thing I could mention is perhaps think about having that intake fan on the outside of the tent to reduce unnecessary temps. Happy growing.
