New Grow in Old Cab

This is an old cheap stereo cabinet we have been messing with for some time now. We used it to clone and veg mother plants, that's why it's got 24 inch T5s mounted on the sides. This worked great for that purpose. However, I am changing my grow stratagem by outfiting this little bitch with a 100 Watt MH I got from a friend that does maintence at gas stations.

You can see it looks like I have a plant lying down in the bottom. That is a 8 inch clone that I replanted today on it's side so I can maximize my branching. It might look fucked up now but by tomorrow it will begin stretching toward the light.

Sweet looking cab man! 152 watts total. She should be happy. Not sure if you want to raise her a little? Unless you want the stretch. Good luck!

Hey guys, a little update with some pics for your critique. Best part about this FORUM for some of us is to see the lopsided, halfass approaches some of us take so we could offer our humble, some times less than humble, opinions and advice. I don't wank to keep what I am doing secret and deprive you guys of "helping" me.

Ok, so as the thread title suggests, I am starting a new grow in a cabinet that I have used for a while and have suped up slightly. The cabinet is small but it's got some punch. A pair of 24" aquarium lights for veg growth, a 100 Watt ceramic metal halide for flowering, a little fan, and a 20 lb. CO2 tank that isn't hooked up yet all make for a nasty little rig. I got to tighten up some of the seems before I start dumping CO2 in there. Waste not thee gases of C, O, and 2.

Plants: I am such a hack amateur! What you see in the pics below is a strain of bag seed my buddy cloned for me. Indica dom, it buds short fat and gooey. That being said, bag seed is bag seed is bag seed, so I am keeping my high hopes pretty low.

I grew this clone up about 8" before I got the idea for this grow. To maximize the small area and limited height of the cabinet, I transplanted it and gentely tacked down the leader. I have heard this technique refered to as bonzi, but it works just like scrog by suppressing the hieght of your lead stem to encourage side shoots to take a more active roll and increase the surface of your canopy.

Any tips you've got please feel free.

He is right those damn fruit flies will come fast and without hesitation but they are easier to get rid of when they do come. I never would have thought of a speaker. I thought my dresser was good haha good shit man
