Any comments, or feedback is welcomed. I Appreciate any help and constructive criticism or just general questions about the grow. I have been growing for a year or 2 now and still feel like I have lots to learn.

Veg will be under T5 lights, then once flowering happens I will be using 3 different light configurations (t5ho\led blurple\household led bulbs) as a test to see which growth seems to be the best. This of course will not be completely accurate as each plant ia different but it will give me a basic idea and help.me decide which lights I want to stick with.
I'm hoping the t5 is less efficient as the fixture is large and bulky, but i'll stick to whatever works best!

Cheers!

They look happy and healthy. Are those the final pots or are you transplanting from those 1gal? If another transplant is planned, I would drop $10 on a 5-pack of fabric pots.

Only input I would have on your plan is to nix the household bulb idea. If it was household CFL's it might be good, but if you take apart one of those "replaces a 60w" household led bulb, they each only have one diode. Compare that to your blurple, or quantum boards with hundreds. I think it would be a disappointment, and a waste of a good plant.

This is all just my $0.02 - except the happy and healthy part, that's FACT! :)

Yeah, everyone seems to priase the fabric bags :) I planned to transplant again into 5 gal buckets. Thanks for the response!

Here are the lights i am planning to try :

I know zero about growing in water systems or coco, other than the pH is different. but if you get any plant specific questions I can try to help out or find someone that can.

Yeah, one is just 12 screw in led bulbs, i'm curious based off another thread i saw :)
I actually saw a guy try one with the regular LED house bulbs. He popped the plastic covers off to make them as bright as possible, and it worked, but it was all larf. even what tops there were stayed fluffy

He had a similar light rig to yours, with 9 or 12 of them.

Got these at the dollar store, made by luminus and they draw 16-18 actual watts. Definitely not just one diode.

64 diodes for 15-18w = .25w each give or take. Cheap blurples I think calculate at 1w/ led (draw less than half that), and QB's give you roughly that 1w/diode of actual plant food. At least that is my understanding. I think that the grow bulbs you have are probably in between blurple and qb right?

I say "plant food" because I am not a nerd and don't care to start a PMOL PAR etc type argument. LOL

You buy what you like and can afford, then grow stuff :)

I'm using some LED lights i got off a work site a while back and have no use for, i i popped the lenses off and they look like this :

Looks like a mini cob in there, the whole casing is metal and acts as a heat sync. I have no expectations for these but am curious.

lol, yeah, i have nothing to measure par or any of that, and don't have a great understanding of it all :)

I'm poor so I grow as cheap as I can, i don't pay for power (it's included in the apartment rent) so i'm not concerned with the best effeciency, just looking for cheap smoke and I enjoy growing :)

day 10? damn how the fuck you get um to get pistils like that so fast? tomorrow i hit day 9/10 but is almost there but probably won't look like that until day 14 at the very least
Honestly, I’m not sure how. This is my first female ever (had 3 males before her), I keep my parameters stable, feed low dose every time I water.

Day 17 of 12/12 two months old from seed tomorrow 7F0FEC51-9546-41F3-8109-0A4CF60DF1FA.jpeg
