New Evidence in Michael Brown Case

What I hope comes out of this.

Uniform cameras become the norm, tazers are taught to be the first option to bring down someone.

I won't comment on who did what because it's so muddled.
There's one dude alive that was part of it and at least 8 eye witnesses now that support his version of events.

I support police accountability and any steps towards achieving said goal, but either way this case is pretty cut and dried.

I think its complete BULLSHIT that we aren't dong this all ready. Video cameras to catch us if we are 5mph over or push a yellow light, but no video/audio over sight for the people who have a license to kill.

And it should be law that when an officer is on-duty, his camera is functioning properly. Got time to put their mount-me hats on, they have time to put a camera on before work, too.

i love how the racists on this site keep repeating unknown information and unknown testimony and then saying "case closed".

to the racists like harrekin, the case was closed as soon as they heard about the skin colors of those involved.

The one that claims he went for the cops gun through the window of the car, got shot, fled some distance, turned around, began to approach the cop again with arms out by his sides and he was shot at a massive distance of 7m.

7 fucking metres.

You're clownshoes.
The only witness that claimed Brown went for the cops gun through the window of the car, was Darren himself. No other witness has said such. Show me what leak states someone has said that besides Darren.

Yeah and I'm sure you were one of those swearing Trayvon was an innocent kid.
The only INNOCENT people in this world are infants and toddlers, by the time we turn 8 or 10 most of that innocent has gone away. Now Trayvon was a kid and did not deserve to die when he was minding his own business walking home.

Maybe he was called to the window of the cop car "Hey you just robbed that store didn't you?", the cop pulled his piece told the kid to put his hands up the kid tried to push the piece away in *self defense and gets shot, then he tries to back up putting his hands up and continues to get shot. A lot more likely then a kid trying to fight a grown ass man in a fucking police vehicle.

Seriously who tries to take a gun from someone who's pointing it at them? That just doesn't make sense. Envision it in your head, you're going to get shot every single time, something else was happening.

*regardless of proper use of the legal definition of self defense trying to stop someone who you believe has an intent to kill you is self defense.

They all carry a digital tape recorder. it's in their pocket of their shirt.
But if there is anything that would provide for your defense on a stop. You will never hear it in court

Previously unnoticed audio from a video recorded in the chaotic moments after Michael Brown's fatal shooting last Saturday in Ferguson, Missouri, could help back up Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson's version of events.
Overheard while one man films the gruesome aftermath of Brown's daylight shooting, the barely discernible audio is of one unseen man recounting the alleged version of events that he saw to another man, off camera, while bystanders scream and shout at police to assist the stricken 18-year-old.
At around the six minute and 30 second mark in the 10 minute long video, one man is just heard over raucous shouting asking another how Brown ended up at least 30-feet away from the police squad car that presumably was being driven by Wilson.

The first man explains to the second man that Brown was there because he had previously been near the police car and run, which contradicts what the teens friend, Dorian Johnson, has told police and in interviews.
Johnson has said that Brown was never inside or near Officer Wilson's police car before the shooting.
Johnson alleges that Wilson exited his car and struck 6ft 4inch Brown as he was trying to open the door, setting off the calamitous series of events that ended with Brown running from a shooting Wilson, before turning with his hands raised in surrender before being gunned down.
The audio heard in the video gives a different version of events.

The alleged witness tells the man that Brown apparently had a confrontation with Wilson near to or in his vehicle and ran away.
'Then the next thing I know he doubled back towards him cus (sic) the police had his gun drawn already on him,' according to blog,
Conservative Tree House.
The witness then contradicts the now crucial narrative of the how the tragic events unfolded last Saturday

Instead of Brown being fired on while his hands were raised in surrender, the witness claims that Brown was moving towards the officer when he was shot.
It has the audio in this link

Because they are only carrying that recorder for their own protection. Anything damning to their cause in any way is surely deleted.

I would be extra careful getting my information from a source that uses a blog on Conservative Tree House as its source. If you want to hear what the witness you speak of had to say himself , he does have an interview with CNN. His name is Michael T. Brady. If you can't find it I will gladly find it for you

LOL This witness says he heard a scuffle from his inside his apartment, that's what got his attention.
But then goes on to say he didn't hear the shot or shots that were fired inside the police cruiser.
His credibilty went down the toilet.

Stop being such a little bitch, how the fuck can you hear a "scuffle" but not the gunshot that occurred during it?

That's bullshit London, I'd be the first to hang this pig if it was a bad shoot, I don't support pigs being armed with firearms, period.

However Brown essentially self-terminated with the stupidity of his actions and his race is completely irrelevant to the case altogether.

Why is literally every single thing that happens in the US made to seem like it about race?
