The last full plant in the ground. A 9ft tall Amnesia Haze. No rot, no mold, no pests.

Time, I'm sure, will end up being her worst enemy. Although I know it will most likely be an exercise in futility, I'm committing to giving her every opportunity to succeed. I've bought the Spinosad and the anti mold spray stuff. I got a huge umbrella to help keep her dry.

Any bets on how long she will go before she is a total loss? Any advice on pushing her to the llimit?

It would feel really good to have one big "fuck you" victory over the weather this year...this plant could be that.

Or it could be covered in rot tomorrow. Hahaha

Should it not go in the jar any thoughts would be appreciated. I didn't realize how far along my tops where I was to short to see them. When I took it down I realized how far along they were.:(

Still cure it, just because the bud is a little well done doesn't mean it's a total loss. It will just be a more lethargic smoke... straight up couch time.

It's been a battle over here in Ontario too guys. You coast guys seem to have it worse tho. I had to ditch quiet a few tops to botrytis and strangely enough , caterpillars. First time in 20 years of outdoor that I've ever seen them. Just had 4 days of straight rain. Took down half my crop. Still have a few late finishers out there... I haven't seen them in a few days. It's probably not gonna be good. What a year, hot and dry for the long haul and then all of a sudden, wham, rain and fog right when stuff is starting to look good. What a kick in the ass. What I've sampled so far has given me hope for the post cure tho!! Might not be alot but it will be enough to get me thru to next years disappointment! Hahaha

Yea, what is the deal with the fucking catapillars this year? I sprayed once last year as a precaution, but never really saw anything. This year, it's like an invasion.

Here’s my unknown bag seed. Possibly Jack Herer and my AK-49 - the taller of the two. I’m pushing these ladies as far as possible.

No pics, polar bear in a snowstorm?

Weather is looking acceptable over next 7 days. Wondering how impactful my smart life were in “hopefully” preventing bud rot this year. Noticing some dark colors on the pistil tips on the small plant but cracked some buds and no sign yet of rot.

Horrible growing season in the Midwest this year also. Outdoors also and on the first sight of rot I’ll give them a peroxide solution spray down. If it appears again and in more than one cola the girl is hanging. I’ve seen bud rot infect half of the plant in 24 hours. I harvest with about 1/4 of the tri’s amber... but if rot is on her and they are milked up , my theory...... better safe than sorry.

I had to cut my plant down due to bud rot on two of the bud areas (dark brown rot). I put it all up to dry for further examination. Am I going to be OK with the rest of the buds, or is everything possibly affected?

I'll try and snap pics tomorrow

As a precaution you may want to separate the molded or suspected molded bud from the clean bud.

When you're sleeping, spores could be creeping...then less bud you'll be keeping.
