that's my goal if it works out this year, work on getting a piece of property to call my own. Lord knows I won't get it working my day job

Yea, I have so much respect for all you pioneers, putting in all that work, never knowing if that is the plant or patch that rippers, deer, hikers, random asshats, etc are going to take or kill.

I hav'nt lost a plant in a long time,been doing this for ever just gotta go little further than most are willing to go,i do most out in large swamps growers heaven ton of work but it rewards

this is my first year utilizing swamp land and I love it. Any trees usually rot out at the base before they get big enough to block light. The rest is thick gnarled brush and water ( always a necessity). Already thinking about plans for next year, I have ALOT of swamp land in my area so there's some potential there. Problem is I want to grow more and more but can only handle so much working alone. I have 39 ladies this year while working 40-50 hrs a week at my regular job. Pain in the balls. Gotta find a better way to water

I had a meter reader show up in an unmarked truck when I was getting out of shower. You can imagine. Lesson learned- nothing gets planted within eyesight of a meter, well, or tank (fuel or septic). Jesus I almost fainted...

there are 40-50 acre lots for sale for 22-25 k around here look on land watch and look at penobscot county most are owner financed also

haha its not all in the bush,do a little light depo at the house,2 small ones r skiddertrl xpinapple chunk going to hit them with some 20 yr old seed pollen endless sky bought back in the 90s bigger one skidder almost done
