new dank shrivled?

this is a simple question really no need for pictures. i jus planted a new dank seed. i had it under an aquarium lamp for a week then moved into a set up with 2 14-watt cfl's, and after 2 days the leaves got papery and dried up? they are still green and i removed one of the lights ( i thought too much light)

any help would be great
