New AK47 clones (just starting to root in rockwool). Should I veg at all or go straight to 12/12? Also, clones are drooping a little under higher light intensity, but seem to perk up after dark period (2 days into bubbler, no roots through rocks yet). Is it possible transplantation shock? adjusting to higher light intensity?

Thanks

If it looks like there may be a problem why would you want to put them into flowering? You don't think they have enough stress now. The roots must be established before moving the light cycle down to 12/12.Hope yuo are misting them a couple of times a day until they have good roots. VV

I always mist with straight PURIFIED H2O when they are babies. I love them so much and have such high hopes for them...... make me proud, little whipper-snappers.

if your growing hydro you can accomplish good roots fast, keep in mind the plant roots just as crazy as it grows when you flower it, and will make up for those roots not obtained in vegitation, veg it for 1 week, with many oxygenated water feedings per day, i had outstanding results with 15 mins per 2 hours only when lights on.

if your growing them in a bubbler system - the feeding frequency wont matter, it should have access to the solution 100% of the time.

Thanks for info russOr. They are in a bubbler now and I think they are over the shock because they are perking witht the light on instead of drooping.

Thanks
