new bulbs (hortilux,sunmaster,or agro max)

looking to get new bulbs need 2 600 and 1 400

is the hortilux 400 mh blue light worth the cash ?
i have just been running growbrights (htg genarics)

what 600 hps would you recommend?
i am currently and have been for 3 years running agromax but belive i can get better!

I think the sunmaster is pretty awesome But i truly believe that you get what you pay for.
